Haiti Missions Trip 2010

We wanted to give you a glimpse of what we are getting to do here in Port-au-Prince. If you go to our Facebook site at

Desta and Caleb are working at English Camp - helping children to know about Jesus and to speak and write English. They have about 30 kids in the morning and 120 in the afternoon. Today they start making the wooden car derby racers as a craft. They have been busy!

The guys - Mike, Chuck, Jothum, and Dan have been making the derby cars, benches for the kids to sit on, fixing plumbing, etc, and making a house for a couple we know here. We hope to complete the house by Friday! They are now living in a tarp house. They tend to last longer than the tents.
